Zalaris ASA: Resignation of Mr. Erik Langaker as Non-Executive Director

(Oslo, 26 June 2025) Zalaris ASA announces that Mr. Erik Langaker has informed
the Company of his decision to step down from his role as a Non-Executive
Director, effective 30 June 2025. This decision follows his relocation to
Portugal in 2023 and his recent appointment as a full-time Partner in a private
equity firm currently being established in London. Due to the nature of his
forthcoming responsibilities, his legal availability and capacity to serve on
the board of a publicly listed company have come to an end.

Mr. Langaker has served on the Board of Zalaris ASA since 2020 and intends to
remain a shareholder of the Company following his departure from the Board.

strategic direction and driving the successful implementation of our strategy

The nomination committee has started the process of finding a replacement for
the Board of Directors.

In Q1 2025, Zalaris delivered its seventh consecutive quarter of strong growth
and enhanced profitability. Since Q1 2023, LTM (last-12-months) revenue has
increased by 47% (~33% in constant currency) and adjusted EBIT and EBIT margin
has increased by 228% and 6.5 p.p. respectively. This positive momentum of
continued growth and margin expansion was further supported by a significant
improvement in cash conversion and de-leveraging.
