Reference is made to the resolution by the Board of Directors of Standard Supply
AS (the "Company") on 19 June 2025, to increase the Company's share capital with
NOK 9,386,310 through the issuance of 938,631 new shares, each with a par value
of NOK 10, pertaining to tranche I of the private placement completed on the
same date.
The share capital increase mentioned above has now been registered with the
Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company
is NOK 28,158,940 divided into 2,815,894 shares, each with a par value of NOK
10.
