On June 26, 2025, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiary Nordnet
Livsforsikring, sold 2,191,468 shares in KMC Properties ASA (ISIN NO0010360175).
After these transactions, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries, holds a
total of 20,085,556 shares in the company on a consolidated basis, representing
4.82% of the outstanding shares and votes in the company. The ownership
distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries is as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 0.028%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 4.791%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.

This disclosure is made in accordance with sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
