Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Pryme N.V.
("Pryme" or the "Company") on 28 May 2025 relating to the subsequent offering
(the "Subsequent Offering") of up to 1,233,208 new shares (the "Offer Shares")
at a subscription price of NOK 15.00 per share. Reference is further made to the
Company's stock exchange announcement made on 17 June 2025 regarding the final
results of the Subsequent Offering.
The issuance of the 417,399 Offer Shares in the Subsequent Offering has taken
place in a notarial deed and filed with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. The
resolution to issue the Offer Shares was made in accordance with the
authorization granted to the Company's board of directors in the extraordinary
general meeting held on 28 April 2025.
The Offer Shares are expected to be delivered and tradeable on Euronext Growth
Oslo on 27 June 2025.
Following this, the Company's registered share capital is EUR 7,441,747.50,
divided into 14,883,495 shares, each with a par value of EUR 0.50.
