The board of directors of Sparebanken Vest Boligkreditt AS has called an
extraordinary general meeting on 26 June 2025 with a proposal to increase the
share capital by NOK 1,000 million. The capital increase is proposed to be
implemented by increasing the share capital of Sparebanken Norge Boligkreditt AS
by NOK 1,000 million, from NOK 13.394 billion to NOK 14.394 billion. This will
take place by subscribing for 1,000,000 new shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 1,000. The capital increase will be subscribed for by the company's sole
shareholder Sparebanken Norge. The general meeting's decision will be made on 26
June 2025.
