IWS - Mandatory notification of trade - primary insiders

On 26 June 2025, funds managed by QVT Financial LP (“QVT”) purchased in the open
market 50,000 shares in Integrated Wind Solutions ASA (“IWS”) at a price of NOK
43 per share.

Following the aforementioned transactions, funds managed or otherwise deemed
controlled by QVT hereafter own a total of 3,099,295 shares in IWS, or 7.76% of
the registered share capital. QVT’s CEO and founder, Dan Gold, is a member of
the board of directors of IWS.
