Rana Gruber ASA: Disclosure of change in large shareholdings

Leonhard Nilsen og Sønner – Eiendom AS (“LNSE”) has today sold 920,000 shares in
Rana Gruber ASA (the “Company”). Prior to the sale, LNSE owned 4,589,265 shares
in the Company, equalling 12.37% of the total share capital and voting rights in
the Company. Following the sale, LNSE has 3,669,265 shares remaining in the
Company, equalling 9.89% of the total share capital and voting rights.

LNSE has agreed to a 60-day lock-up agreement for the remaining shares.

This notification is made public pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
