Program for acquisition of equity certificates for employees of Sparebanken Norge

The Board of Directors of Sparebanken Norge has renewed a program for employees
for acquisition of equity certificates in the bank (the «SBNOR-program»). The
purpose of the SBNOR-program is to motivate employees to ownership and to take
part in the future financial development of the bank.

According to the SBNOR-program, employees are invited to acquire equity
certificates at a discount and subject to lock-up. The lock-up period is minimum
36 months.

The maximum allowed investment is as follows:
- Employees: NOK 15.000, NOK 30.000, NOK 45.000 or NOK 65.000
- Level 2-directors: NOK 62.500 or NOK 125.000
- Executive management: NOK 185.000 or NOK 370.000

The program will be conducted in Q3 2025.
