Nordic Financials ASA – Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the resolution by the annual general meeting of Nordic
Financials ASA on 28 May 2025 to issue warrants to Selaco AS and Hardanger
Consulting AS as settlement under Consultancy Agreements.

Halldor Chr. Tjoflaat, CEO of Nordic Financials ASA, has through Hardanger
Consulting AS, a company closely associated with him, subscribed for 80,000,000
warrants. Svend Egil Larsen, CIO of Nordic Financials ASA, has through his
wholly owned company Selaco AS, subscribed for 80,000,000 warrants.
