Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Aquila Holdings ASA on
23 June 2025 regarding the change of the company’s name from Aquila Holdings ASA
to Fjord Defence Group ASA. The name change is now effectuated. In connection
with the change of name, the company has also changed its ticker symbol from
“AQUIL” to “DFENS”.
