The Company informs about the operations carried out by persons with management responsibilities (directors or executives) and related persons, in application of the provisions of the regulations on Market Abuse, notifying the CNMV of these operations.

• The purchase transactions carried out by Nice & Green (N&G) on June 16^th, 17^th, 18^th, 19^th and 20^th, 2025, represent less than 0.05% of N&G total shares in Facephi. N&G did not sell any shares on these days.
