Black Sea Property AS: Annual general meeting completed

Black Sea Property AS has today completed its annual general meeting for 2025.

All resolutions were passed in accordance with the proposals set out in the
notice for the annual general meeting, except for the Board's proposal in item
9, which did not receive the required majority approval. The minutes of the
general meeting are attached hereto as well as a copy of a presentation given in
the general meeting.

Black Sea Property AS is a real estate company with holdings in a real estate
project on the Black Sea coast called Sunrise River Beach Resort. Sunrise River
Beach Resort is a partially completed project and will upon completion comprise
