Avance Gas Holding Ltd - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Avance Gas Holding Ltd
from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs. Pursuant to Rule Book II section 2.10.2 (2),
Euronext Oslo Børs has on 25 June 2025 made the following resolution: "The
shares in Avance Gas Holding Ltd will be delisted from Euronext Oslo Børs as of
the 25 August 2025. The last day of trading will be 22 August 2025."
