RECSI – REC Silicon ASA – Approval of extension of acceptance period

Finanstilsynet, in capacity as takeover supervisory authority, has approved an
amendment to the following offer set out in the offer document dated 22 May 2025
in respect of:

Voluntary offer to acquire the shares in REC Silicon ASA made by Anchor AS.

The amendment relates to extension of the acceptance period.

Acceptance period, as extended: to 8 July 2025 at 16:30 hours (CEST).
