Svend Egil Larsen, CIO of Nordic Financials ASA, has on June 24, through his
wholly owned company Selaco AS sold 152,000,000 subscription rights in Nordic
Financials ASA. Following this transaction, Selaco AS owns 100,000,000
subscription rights and 254,200,000 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.

Selaco AS today subscribed for 100,000,000 new shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
Selaco AS is also one of the guarantors in the rights issue and will receive
additional shares as guarantors fee after the rights issue is settled.

Mamalao AS, a company closely related to the CEO, Halldor Chr. Tjoflaat today
sold 37,466,416 subscription rights in Nordic Financials ASA. After the
transaction Mamalao AS holds no subscription rights and 23,600,000 shares in the
company.

Rybo Nor AS, a company closely related to the CEO, Halldor Chr. Tjoflaat today
sold 77,547,982 subscription rights in Nordic Financials ASA. After the
transaction Rybo Nor AS holds no subscription rights and 25,247,277 shares in
the company.
