Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 23 June 2025, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5^th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 16 June 2025 till 20 June 2025 the following transactions took place.

Block transactions

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10^th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 3,922,477 shares for a total amount of 48,858,830 euros. This corresponds to 81.43% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 8,200,770 treasury shares, including a reduction because of the exercise of stock options during the period 15 May 2025 – 15 June 2025 (36,450 stock options on treasury shares).
