With reference to chapter 5.4 in the Prospectus published 02.06.2025:
At the date of the Prospectus, Sentia was a subsidiary of Ratos Infra and
accordingly consolidated in the financial statements of Ratos AB. As a result
of Sentia's IPO and dissolution from Ratos' group financial reporting, Ratos
will be required to report Sentia as a discontinued operation, implying, inter
alia, that Ratos' interim financial report for the period January -- June 2025
will include certain actual financial figures for Sentia for April and May
2025. To provide sufficient information for Ratos to complete its interim
financial statements for their second quarter reporting, Sentia publish
certain selected unaudited consolidated financial information for the period 1
January -- 31 May 2025:
