PetroNor E&P ASA: Market Making Agreement with SpareBank 1 Markets AS

Oslo, 23 June 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange released on 2
November 2020 regarding a market making agreement with SpareBank 1 Markets AS.

PetroNor E&P ASA has decided to terminate this agreement. The last effective day
for providing market making will be 18 August 2025.
