Amersfoort, The Netherlands -- 23 June 2025 -- Envipco Holding N.V. ("Envipco"
or "the Company"), a global provider of recycling systems and reverse vending
machine (RVM) technology, has today published the 2024 Annual Report and the
notice for the Annual General Meeting (AGM), including the agenda and
explanatory notes on Newsweb and on its website (www.envipco.com).

The AGM will be held Tuesday 5 August at 10.00 CET at the company's offices in
Amersfoort, the Netherlands.
