Spotlio AS – Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to remove the shares in Spotlio AS from trading
on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Section 3.17.2 (2) of Euronext Growth Oslo
Rule Book II, Euronext Oslo Børs has made the following resolution:

"The shares in Spotlio AS will be removed from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo
as of 19 September 2025. The last day of trading will be 18 September 2025.”
