Soiltech to provide fluid treatment services on Njord A

Soiltech ASA has received a call-off order under the Frame agreement with
Equinor to provide fluid treatment (STT) services on the producing Njord A
platform in Norway, with expected startup in the third quarter of 2025. Subject
to the exercise of options, this is estimated to be a substantial contract for
Soiltech¹.

The Frame agreement with Equinor has a duration until June 2026, option periods
excluded, potentially 2034 including all option periods.

Njord is located in the Norwegian Sea, 30 kilometres west of Draugen.
