poLight ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by poLight ASA ("poLight"
or the "Company") published on 19 June 2025 regarding the commencement of the
subscription period in the subsequent offering of a minimum of one and a maximum
of 19,122,933 new shares, at a subscription price of NOK 2.69 per share (the
"Subsequent Offering"). As part of this process, subscription rights have been
allocated to primary insiders and their close associates. In addition, the
Company has been informed that certain primary insiders and closely associated
companies have exercised their subscription rights and subscribed for new
shares, including by over-subscription in excess of their allocated subscription
rights.

their closely associated companies' exercise of subscription rights and
subscription of shares in the Subsequent Offering.
