Norwegian Block Exchange (NBX) enters agreement to provide custodial services to entities within the Cardano Ecosystem

OSLO, NORWAY – June 20, 2025 – Norwegian Block Exchange AS (NBX), a leading
Nordic crypto service provider and first Norwegian listed active Bitcoin
treasury company, today announced a strategic partnership with Intersect.

This collaboration strengthens the ecosystem’s infrastructure by supporting
secure asset management solutions, particularly for projects requiring regulated
custody services. The agreement opens another revenue stream and NBX’s
involvement with Intersect is part of a broader commitment to the wider Cardano
ecosystem, building on already being the sole issuer of the Cardano-based USDM
stablecoin in the EU.

NBX has also joined Intersect, a membership-based organization for the Cardano
blockchain ecosystem. As an Enterprise member, NBX will gain voting rights and
the ability to participate in Intersect's various working groups and committees.

welcome this opportunity to broaden our customer base.
