Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published on 11 June 2025
regarding the notice of the annual general meeting in Vow Green Metals AS (the
"Company" or "VGM") to be held on 25 June 2025.

The nomination committee of Vow Green Metals has submitted its recommendation
regarding the election of members to the Company's board of directors, members
to the Company's nomination committee, and remuneration to the Board and members
of the Nomination Committee. The recommendation is attached hereto. The
nomination committee's recommendation will also be made available at the
