CodeLab Capital AS – New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by CodeLab Capital AS
(the "Company") on 26 May 2025 regarding the successful private placement of
4,799,998 new shares in the Company at a subscription price of NOK 3 per share,
raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 14.4 million (the "Private
Placement").
The issuance of new shares in the Private Placement was approved by the annual
general meeting of the Company held on 10 June 2025.

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares in the
Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 28,736,850.9018045
divided on 11,635,873 shares, each with a par value of NOK 2.469677256.
