3t: CFO Retirement – Martin Boden

Following discussions that were held with the 3t Board and shareholders more
than 6 months ago, Martin Boden has formally retired from his role as Chief
Financial Officer of 3t.

“We are supportive of Martin’s decision and thank him for his work during his
time with the business" said Kevin Franklin, Group CEO of 3t. “We have initiated
the search for a successor and look forward to appointing a financial leader who
will support our continued growth and strategic ambitions. Until that search is
successfully completed, Rob Baldrey will become Interim CFO. Rob is a seasoned
finance professional who has worked successfully with PE across a wide array of
organisations in Senior Executive roles. He has been working closely with us
since March, managing the financial integration of our recently acquired
businesses.”
