Tietoevry has completed the share repurchase programme concerning the company's
own shares in relation to its share-based incentive programmes for key
personnel. The company announced the start of the programme on 11 June 2025.
During a time period from 12 June to 18 June 2025, the company has acquired a
total of 215 000 of its own shares in trading organized by Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
The average purchase price per share was EUR 16,1445 and the total amount
EUR3471067.
At the moment, the company holds a total of 238 572 own shares.
