With reference to the stock exchange announcement dated 02 June 2025 regarding
the option exercise by Glenn Åsland and Jan Erik Tveteraas. Following the
registration in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises of the shares
issued in connection with the option exercise, the company's share capital is
now 1 067 550,51, divided into 8 211 927 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 0.13.
