reMarkable Invest AS – Satisfaction of conditional call

We refer to the announcement published 6 June 2025 regarding the exercise of
reMarkable Invest AS' call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its
senior unsecured bond issue 2023/2027 (with ISIN NO0013030205).



The exercise of the call option was conditional on satisfaction of certain
conditions as set out in the notice. We are pleased confirm that the conditions
have been satisfied and that all outstanding bonds will be redeemed as set out
in announcement published 6 June 2025. The entire bond issue will be repaid at a
price equal to the Make Whole Amount, corresponding to 107,6747per cent. of the
Nominal Amount plus accrued interest, with record date on 20 June 2025 and call
option repayment date on 24 June 2025.
