Svend Egil Larsen, CIO of Nordic Financials ASA, has on June 18, through his
wholly owned company Selaco AS bought 1,700,000 shares in Nordic Financials ASA
at NOK 0.0164 per share.

Following this transaction, Selaco AS owns 252,500,000 subscription rights and
254,200,000 shares in Nordic Financials ASA.
