19 June 2025: The chair of the board of Eqva ASA Ingrid Due-Gundersen and board
member Tore Schiøtz have signed call option agreements that provides each of
them a right to acquire 2,000,000 shares in the company. The options are issued
by a shareholder and has no dilutive effect on the share capital of the company.

article 19 are attached.
