Share capital increase registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cyviz AS ("Cyviz" or
the "Company") on 12 May 2025 regarding the resolution by the Company's board of
directors to issue 49 500 new shares in the Company and increase the Company's
share capital by NOK 54 450, to facilitate the delivery of new shares to the
option holders having exercised their options under the Cyviz share option
program 2.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 14,311,067.10
divided by 13,010,061 shares each with a nominal value of NOK 1.10.
