Benchmark Holdings plc, a market leading aquaculture specialist nutrition and
health business, announces that at the Company's General Meeting, held at 12.00
noon (UK time) today, all resolutions were passed by shareholders voting on a
poll. The results of the poll are set out in the attachment.

AIM Rule 17 Update
The Company has been informed by Nathan "Tripp" Lane, Chair of the Company, that
Mavenir Systems Inc., which he is a board director of, has entered into an
arrangement with its creditors to effect a recapitalisation of its business.
