Carrying Out Renovation of Office Building in Grenseveien, Oslo

HENT AS, a subsidiary of Sentia, has been contracted by Grenseveien 78b AS,
managed by Malling Investment Management, for the renovation and tenant
adaptation of an office building located at Grenseveien 78b. The contract
value is approximately NOK 115 million excluding VAT. The contract is based on
a cost-plus model.
The project will be executed as a design and build contract in close
collaboration with Grenseveien 78b AS.
The scope of the contract includes renovation and tenant adaptation of the
office building at Grenseveien 78b and surrounding areas. The work includes
all structural and technical installations, including design and engineering.
The total area is approximately 8,800 sqm GFA.
Construction is scheduled to start in August 2025 and is expected to be
completed by August 2026.
