Lysaker, 18 June 2025
Reference is made to previous stock exchange announcements by AMSC ASA (under
liquidation) (AMSC) regarding AMSC's ongoing liquidation process.
AMSC is making progress towards final liquidation, which is currently expected
during Q3 2025.
In connection with the liquidation process, AMSC has filed advance tax

are received from the Norwegian Tax Administration (Norwegian: Skatteetaten),
AMSC will call for an extraordinary general meeting for approval of AMSC's
liquidation settlement.
AMSC expects to make a liquidation payment to its shareholders prior to final
liquidation. It is currently estimated that such liquidation payment may range
from NOK 1.40 to NOK 1.50 per share, subject to change.
