Supreme Court Decision Expected Wednesday 18 June 2025

Today the hearing took place before the Italian Supreme Court. As communicated
in previous reporting, it had been expected, but not guaranteed, that the court
would issue its decision as well today.

EAM has been informed by its legal counsel that the hearing concluded but the
court did not yet announce a decision. A decision is expected to be published
tomorrow, 18 June 2025.

EAM will revert once it has more information.
