HERMA - Disclosure of large shareholding

We hereby give notice that F2 Funds AS has purchased 852.043 shares in Hermana
Holding ASA (HERMA) on 17 June, 2025. As a result, F2 Funds AS now owns
1.236.868 shares in HERMA, which is equivalent to 9,21% of the issued shares in
Hermana Holding AS.
