Euronext Oslo Børs - Decision on admission to trading – Moreld ASA

Euronext Oslo Børs has resolved to admit the shares of Moreld ASA to trading on
Euronext Oslo Børs.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of admission to trading
satisfies the admission requirements for Euronext Oslo Børs.

The company is granted an exemption from the requirements for three years
history, as the company’s main activities have been carried out for more than
three years, but in other legal entities, cf. Oslo Rule Book II section 3.1.3.2.

The CEO of Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than the 9th
of September 2025.
