Declaration of Holdings – HERMANA HOLDING ASA (ISIN: NO0013401380, ticker HERMA)

Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the
Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information
on behalf of Tigerstaden AS (991303782) and its controlled subsidiaries.

On the 17th of June 2025 Tigerstaden AS and its subsidiaries purchased a total
of 757 659 shares in Hermana Holding ASA (“the Company”).

On a consolidated basis, Tigerstaden AS and its subsidiaries now hold 771 944
shares in the Company, resulting in a consolidated shareholding amounting to
5.75 % of total voting rights and 5.75 % of the total share capital. The
ownership has been calculated using the total number of shares and votes in
issue (13 418 740).

The shares are held by the following legal entities:

The disclosure obligation was triggered by Tigerstaden AS on a consolidated
basis crossing the 5 % threshold of total number of voting rights and shares in
issue in the Company. Before the triggering event one subsidiary (Leoville AS)
held 14 285 (0.11%) shares in the Company.
