of Magnus Hofshagen as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This strategic
hire is part of our ongoing commitment to strengthening our leadership team and
enhancing our financial management capabilities.

Magnus Hofshagen has extensive industry experience, and we are confident that

Magnus Hofshagen will officially start his role on 01 September 2025.
