Update Share Buyback Program

Kortrijk, Belgium, 16 June 2025, 18.00 hrs - In accordance with the regulations Barco NV hereby discloses information regarding the acquisition of own shares.

Under the framework of the share buy-back program, as announced per 5^th March 2025, the company reports today that during the period from 9 June 2025 till 13 June 2025 the following transactions took place.

Since the start of the share buy-back program on 10^th March 2025, Barco NV has bought back 3,557,367 shares for a total amount of 44,229,653 euros. This corresponds to 73.72% of the program completed. Barco NV now holds 7,872,110 treasury shares.
