TOMRA: Contemplating NOK senior unsecured green bond issuance

Tomra Systems ASA, rated A-/Stable by Scope, has mandated Danske Bank and DNB
Carnegie as Joint Bookrunners for their contemplated senior unsecured green bond
issue.

Subject to market conditions, one or more NOK denominated senior unsecured green
bond issues with expected tenor(s) of 3-7 years and a total size of up to NOK 1
billion may follow.

Additionally, the company may consider a buyback in whole or in part of its
outstanding bond issue, ISIN NO0012739491 (TOM03 ESG), which is due to mature on
4 November 2025.
