Norse Atlantic entering into USD 20 million bank overdraft facility

Arendal, Norway, 16 June 2025 - Norse Atlantic ASA has entered into a USD 20
million bank overdraft facility with Nordea Bank Abp with maturity date 30[
]April 2026. The facility is guaranteed by B T Larsen & Co Limited, a company
controlled by Norse Atlantic's CEO, Founder and largest shareholder Bjørn Tore
Larsen. The guarantee replaces the previously provided USD 6.3 million revolving
credit facility, which remains undrawn.
