Oslo, June 16 - 2025
Svend Egil Larsen, CIO of Nordic Financials ASA, has through his wholly owned
company Selaco AS sold 125,431,264 subscription rights in Nordic Financials ASA
at NOK 0.001945 per subscrition right. Following this transaction, Selaco AS
owns 252,500,000 subscription rights and 252,500,000 shares in Nordic Financials
ASA.
