General Shareholders Meeting and Board Meeting Held (dividend approvals)

The Ordinary Shareholders Meetings of the Company took place on June 10th, 2025 and a Board Meeting of the Company also took place on June 11th, 2025. Attached are the resolutions of the meetings, including the details of a dividend payment that was approved by the Company. In this dividend, the Company will pay the ordinary dividend corresponding to the 2024 fiscal year and will pay an interim dividend for fiscal year 2025. The payment will be executed in one single payment.
