Financial Statements 2023: completed the draft to be approved

After the technical matters related to the transition to new accounting SW, that create a long delay in the drafting of FS2023, the BoD of Photonike Capital SA completed the draft with the Audit report of Vyvey & Co. The the full draft of FS 2023 is attached and will be availble on web site of the company.

The BoD have resoluted to propose the FS2023 to the OGM together with the FS2024 for the approval; the FS 2024 that is now in assessment of Fidiaz and Vyvey. As soon as ready the company will inform the market with a copy of FS 2024 and will convene the Ordinary Shareholders Meeting for the approval.
