Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Eqva ASA (the
"Company") on 13 June 2025 regarding the board of directors' resolution to
increase the Company's share capital to issue new shares. The share capital
pertaining to this share issue has today been registered in the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK
4,073,122.35, divided into 81,462,447 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.05.
Each share represents one vote in the Company's general meeting.
