Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and persons entitled to attend meetings in “Pet Service Holding NV” 

Zaanstad, 16 June 2024 

Pet Service Holding NV (PSH) announces that the annual report for 2024 has been published on the PSH website as of 23 April. PSH hereby invites its shareholders and other persons entitled to attend the meeting to attend the General Meeting of Shareholders.

The meeting will be held on 30 June at 11:00 a.m. at Hotel van der Valk Amsterdam Zuidas, Tommaso Albinonistraat 200, 1083HM Amsterdam. The meeting will commence at 11:00 a.m. and those entitled to attend are welcome from 10:45 a.m.

The items marked with an asterisk below will be put to a vote.

2.    Discussion and adoption of the PSH financial statements for the 2024 financial year and appropriation of the result* 

3.    Discharge of the members of the Board of Directors who served in 2024 for the policy pursued in the 2024 financial year*
