Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 28 May 2025 regarding the
capital increase resolved by the board in relation to the Company's share
purchase program for members of the Board of Directors.
The new share capital has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret). The Company`s share capital has
been increased by NOK 18 658.00 through the issuance of 74 632 new shares.
The Company's new share capital is NOK 79 344 906.00, divided into 317 379 624
shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.25. Each share carries one vote.
