REC Silicon ASA The nomination committee's proposal to the annual general meeting

Reference is made to the notice of the annual general meeting in REC Silicon
ASA (the "Company" or "REC") to be held on 25 June 2025.

The recommendation from the nomination committee has now been presented and
includes proposals regarding (i) candidates to RECs board of directors, (ii)
remuneration to the members of the board of directors, (iii) candidates to
RECs nomination committee and (iv) remuneration to the members of the
nomination committee. The recommendation is attached hereto and will also be
made available on the Company's webpage www.recsilicon.com
